Manifesto for a New Industry

Human activity has created imbalances that are confronting our generation and future generations with a climate emergency.

Each and every one of us, through our actions and choices, must contribute to mitigating this catastrophe. Numerous companies have been created on the basis of this observation, to respond to clearly unresolved societal, social or environmental issues. New Industry is the result of this urgency and the need to do things differently, by going against the habits that have generated this environmental mess.

We create a New Industry made up of companies founded to look beyond their own prosperity, created to use their capacity for innovation and leverage to tackle the environmental and social challenges of our time.

We create a New Industry that innovates not to enshrine novelty as a goal and manufacture non-existent needs, but to offer concrete solutions with measurable results.

We create a New Industry that takes care of resources, favors a circular approach, and whose activity’s environmental benefits far outweigh the consumption that drives it.

We create a New Industry that cares about the health, safety and quality of life of its employees and partners, and that not only creates local jobs, but also gives meaning to work.

We create a New Industry that, wherever it is set up, contributes to local dynamism, life and solidarity, in collaboration with the men and women who give life to these territories: companies, associations, local authorities and citizens.

We create a New Industry which, having proved its relevance and usefulness in France, is replicated, exported and constitutes the new flagships of the French economy, profitable and at the service of the environment.

Energy, textiles, waste, biodiversity, food, mobility… New Industry exists thanks to the commitment of dozens of companies, and the work of thousands of employees, who combine environmental convictions with professional commitment.

Néolithe has chosen to tackle non-recyclable and non-hazardous waste, by proposing a treatment process that emits less CO2eq, and above all is capable, via Accelerated Fossilization, of sequestering the carbon contained in this waste. After two industrial pilots in the French region of Anjou, Néolithe is preparing to roll out a dozen high-capacity treatment sites in several regions of France, then abroad.

Néolithe sets up new headquarters in Beaulieu-sur-Layon

Néolithe continues to grow with the installation of a new waste treatment line on its brand new campus in Beaulieu-sur-Layon. Built with Alter and local companies, this building is dedicated to research and industrial development. Thanks to this line, Néolithe will be able to take another step towards its future advances !
