Néolithe is developing the integration of 4.0 solutions for the management of its future fleet of Fossilizators (predictive maintenance, real-time analysis and optimization of processes, quality of work for operators…) to enable precise, centralized management.

Our digitalization program has three main focuses

The industrial startup has thus embraced a technological vision by natively developing a digitization program for its entire fleet. This program, whose aim is to create a synergy between development and industrial operability, focuses on three areas :

  • Real-time remote monitoring of the entire machine fleet,
  • Backup and analysis of data from the field to improve Accelerated Fossilization processes (development, quality, operational…),
  • Creation of waste databases providing customers (industrial companies, local authorities, specialized organizations…) with a precise view of the composition of incoming and outgoing flows, enabling them to optimize their processes.
