A fund-raising campaign totalling 20 million euros

Néolithe has just completed its third round of financing, raising a total of 20 million euros from Otium Capital and family investors.

A further step in the development of the company which, thanks to an Accelerated Fossilization process, offers an alternative to landfill and waste incineration.

Accelerate deployment of a waste-to-energy solution

The climate emergency and the challenges facing the waste management system call for immediate responses and solutions on an industrial scale. The proceeds of the operation therefore have two major objectives :

  • To finance the structure that will enable Néolithe to achieve its industrial deployment objective,
  • To continue intensive R&D work on new waste deposits. Today, the Accelerated Fossilization process invented by Néolithe only applies to common industrial waste (CIW). In the years to come, however, the company’s ambition is to be able to treat all types of non-recyclable, non-inert and non-hazardous waste, including household waste.

Nicolas Cruaud, Clément Bénassy and William Cruaud, co-founders of Néolithe state, « We would like to thank all the investors who contributed to the success of this operation. With this round of financing, we close the demonstration phase of our technology that we began in 2019, and enter the phase of industrial-scale commercial deployment.»
