Our action plan for gender equality in the workplace

At Néolithe, gender equality is one of our commitments !

Néolithe needs committed men and women, convinced that industry can be a driving force in accelerating the fight against global warming.

Néolithe offers each employee the possibility of a career with multiple opportunities, so that each person can develop his or her own professional project, in line with the challenges they face.

As part of its development, Néolithe offers everyone the same entry conditions, with equal pay and opportunities for internal development.

In line with the action plans established in 2023 and 2024, Néolithe wishes to continue this momentum in favor of professional equality and is committed to continuing its efforts to achieve this goal.
